Since 1 May 2015, Le Bec Sucré has been welcoming all foodies seeking to satisfy their cravings. By combining an ice cream shop with a pastry shop under the same roof, Le Bec Sucré offers a variety of fresh products, selected for their quality and carefully made by its bubbly founder, Aiza Ismailova.

Bold and energetic, Aiza has been pursuing sales and management courses at the École des Entrepreneurs while improving her professional pastry skills at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ). Encouraged by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Ismailov of Uyghur and Uzbek origin, she wholeheartedly draws inspiration from oriental gastronomy and loves to explore the culinary traditions of here and elsewhere to create original flavors and to reinvent the art of satisfying a sweet tooth. And it all takes place in a family friendly location.
